Ramalingam S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ramalingam started their career at Tata Consultancy Services as a Systems Engineer and later became an Assistant System Engineer. Ramalingam then worked at The Coca-Cola Company in a management role for a brief period. Ramalingam went on to join Cipla as a Brand Manager, where they were responsible for meeting revenue targets and launching new products. Ramalingam also worked on developing marketing plans and brand architecture.

In 2016, Ramalingam founded two companies, BigMyGig and Prarambhan Creative Works LLP. As the CEO of BigMyGig, they were involved in managing the company's operations. At Prarambhan Creative Works LLP, they served as the Founder and Managing Partner, where they oversaw marketing, business development, and brand strategy. Ramalingam successfully onboarded over 200 clients and expanded the company's presence across multiple locations.

From 2019 to 2022, Ramalingam worked at CoinDCX as the Head of Brand, Marketing & Communications. Ramalingam played a significant role in building and scaling the marketing function, growing the brand, and acquiring millions of users for the CoinDCX App. Ramalingam also handled corporate communications and managed large budgets for award-winning campaigns.

Currently, Ramalingam is serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Leaf Round, a position they started in 2023.

Ramalingam S. began their education at St Xavier's High School, where they completed their S.S.C. (Secondary School Certificate) in General Studies in 2004. Ramalingam then pursued their H.S.C. (Higher Secondary Certificate) in General Studies at the same school and graduated in 2006.

In 2006, Ramalingam S. joined Anna University to obtain a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Information Technology. Ramalingam studied at Anna University until 2010, completing their undergraduate studies.

After completing their B.Tech degree, Ramalingam S. enrolled in the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) in 2013. Ramalingam pursued a Master's in Management Studies (MMS) with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Ramalingam successfully completed their degree at JBIMS in 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Ramalingam S. has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Notably, they obtained a certification in Google Adwords from Google in December 2014. Ramalingam has also acquired certifications in areas such as Growth Marketing Foundations, Blockchain Basics, Creating a Business Plan, Entrepreneurship Foundations, Project Management: Iterative Methods, Running a Design Business (Freelancing and Starting Small), Agile Foundations, and Brand Strategy. These certifications were obtained primarily from LinkedIn, with the most recent certification being Growth Marketing Foundations in March 2021.
