Rodney Bonds

Rodney Bonds has a wealth of experience in supply chain and operations management. Rodney began their career at OfficeMax in 1998 as a Distribution Facility Director and worked their way up to Operations Manager and Production Manager. During their time at OfficeMax, they managed a large distribution facility for the company. In 2007, they joined Driscoll's as the Director of Distribution and Regional Operations Manager. In 2011, Bonds moved to Sprouts Farmers Market, where they served as the Vice President of Supply Chain and was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain for the natural foods retailer. In 2018, they started their own company, RNE Solutions LLC, where they worked as the Owner and CEO. In 2020, Bonds joined Cardenas Markets LLC as the SVP of Supply Chain, Produce Sales, and Merchandising. Currently, they hold the position of the Executive Vice President of Supply Chain at The Parent Company.

Rodney Bonds completed their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Davenport University in 1995. Rodney then pursued a Masters of Business Administration with a specialization in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, which they completed in 1998. Later, Rodney attended Cornell University to undertake a Graduate Senior Leadership Program, which they finished in 2010.
