Ruth Lemon

Ruth Lemon has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to present. Ruth currently holds the position of VP of Operations at Leafwell, where they coordinate with department heads to provide support and implement improvements in the emerging medical cannabis industry. Prior to this, they served as the Operations Manager at Leafwell, working on business development, content creation, and outreach efficiency.

Before joining Leafwell, Ruth was the Business Owner of Ruth Lemon Consulting, a firm they established in 2019. Here, they specialized in Google Ads, blog writing, social media content, and digital marketing consulting for eco-friendly and ethical companies.

Ruth's previous roles include serving as the Content Director at Digital Freak, a digital marketing agency, where they were responsible for copywriting and online marketing campaigns. Ruth also worked as a Content Writer at Digital Freak, where they gained expertise in advanced SEO techniques and implemented effective SEO tactics for websites.

Ruth Lemon completed their education at various institutions. Ruth began their educational journey at Teign School from 2001 to 2008, where they pursued their A levels in History, English, and Maths. Following this, in the period of 2009 to 2012, they attended Cardiff University/Prifysgol Caerdydd, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, majoring in History and Sociology. Later, Ruth enrolled at the University of Warwick in 2013 and completed their Master of History by Research degree in the subsequent year. Ruth'sresearch during this program focused on Gender Roles during the Khmer Rouge regime. Apart from their formal education, Ruth also obtained the Certified OKR Foundation certification from the OKR Institute in February 2023.
