Lindsay Marks

Lindsay Marks has over a decade of experience in emergency services and public safety, currently serving as a Firefighter/Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic for the City of Alexandria, Virginia since October 2012. Responsibilities include firefighting, emergency medical services, fire prevention activities, and training, along with roles as a CPR instructor and member of the bike team. Lindsay also instructs cycling safely for the League of American Bicyclists and has held previous positions with the Baltimore City Fire Department and Sterling Volunteer Fire Company, where contributions included community outreach and training. Earlier career roles spanned customer service and administrative functions at companies like State Farm Insurance and Starbucks. Lindsay holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Multimedia from ITT Technical Institute.
