María Fernanda Narváez Eraso

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in an online store for organic products focused on body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist in a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed as a university lecturer in a labor training school, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015) and a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020).
