Ron Taylor

Ron Taylor is a Senior Partner at DLW Partners LLC and a Senior Coach at the Lean Enterprise Institute, both since March 2018, specializing in Lean/OpEx Consulting, on-shoring, executive coaching, and Lean transformation strategy. With extensive experience in transformation and strategic planning for senior leadership and board-level clients within Fortune 50 and various sectors, Ron also serves as President of Value Stream Production Systems Ltd since 1999. Previous positions include Lean Specialist at RWD Consulting, LLC from 1997 to 1998, and various managerial roles at Johnson Controls from 1986 to 1997. Education includes studies at the Canadian Institute of Management at the University of Waterloo and an Electronics Engineering degree from Fanshawe College.
