Ephraim is currently the SVP for the Lean Focus M&A and Integration / Legal Practice, where they offer business consulting services to clients in various industries. Prior to that, they worked as a legal advisor at Ephraim Starr, pllc, providing legal services to a wide range of clients with a focus on M&A, IP strategy, litigation, and legal operations. Before launching their own firm, they held the position of General Counsel at PHC Holdings Corporation and DH Water Quality LLC, a Danaher company. Ephraim has also served as the Acting Chief IP Counsel at Danaher Corporation and Vice President of Intellectual Property at Lenovo. Earlier in their career, they worked at Kirkland & Ellis LLP as a partner and Honeywell as VP & General Counsel, leading the company's functional transformation initiative. Ephraim Starr's expertise spans various industries, including manufacturing, water treatment, chemical services, computing, software, and wireless communications.
Ephraim Starr attended Amherst College from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a B.A. in English and Physics with Cum Laude honors. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at Duke University School of Law from 1993 to 1996, obtaining a J.D. with Magna Cum Laude distinction in the field of Law.
