Maylinn Gómez Castillo

Maylinn Gómez Castillo has several years of work experience in different roles and companies. Maylinn started their career at Promigas as a Telemetry Intern in 2018. In 2019, Maylinn worked as an Production Analyst at Tecnoglass and also held various project and business intelligence roles at Consware. Maylinn then joined Lean Solutions Group in 2020 and worked their way up from Operations Coordinator to Operations Manager. Currently, Maylinn holds the position of Director of Operations at Lean Tech.

Maylinn Gómez Castillo completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Norte from 2014 to 2018. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the OKR Certified Professional from CertiProf in March 2023, DevOps Essentials Professional Certificate (DEPC) from CertiProf in 2020, Iniciación y Planificación de Proyectos from Coursera in 2020, Scrum Master Professional Certificate (SMPC) from CertiProf in 2019, Scrum Product Owner Professional Certificate (SPOPC) from CertiProf in 2019, and Lifelong Learning from CertiProf in December 2021. Moreover, they are planning to complete the Advance Views Workshop, Agile Team Leadership Workshop, and Foundation Workshop from Management 3.0 in 2023.
