Damian Liu has been working in the IT industry since 2015. Damian began their career as a 1st Line IT Support Analyst at Topps Tiles Plc, where they were responsible for providing an initial response to clients, serving as the first point of call for all IT issues, by email, phone or face to face. In 2016, they took on the role of Senior Service Desk Analyst at Fuse Collaboration Services, where they were responsible for managing and assigning tickets to appropriate members within the department, as well as providing cloud based solutions such as SharePoint, Azure, Office 365 and Skype for Business. That same year, they also became a Systems Administrator at Shadowline, where they were responsible for Windows server maintenance (2008/R2/2012) and upgrades including AD, Exchange and Azure AD/Office 365, as well as the internal phone system and configuration, and mobile devices. From 2018 to 2022, Damian Liu worked at Build A Rocket Boy as a Desktop Support Manager, Desktop Support Lead, and Desktop Support Engineer. Damian is currently working as an IT Support Manager at Lean Technologies.

Damian Liu attended Robert Smyth Academy from 2008 to 2011, and then went on to Leeds Beckett University from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Accounting and Finance.
