Reshail Alvi has four years of work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Software Development Engineer In Test at Lean Technologies. In 2021, they moved to SadaPay, where they worked as a Test Automation Engineer. In 2020, they joined Careem as a Software Development Engineer In Test, where they took complete responsibility of improving/updating/maintaining the current automation framework for Android and IOS, improved automation coverage from under 25% to 80%, improved CI/CD execution time by distributing the execution across a device farm, fixed an already existing nightly execution workflow, and fixed the flaky test counter. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Contour Software as a Test Automation Engineer, where they were responsible for creating/maintaining the automation framework using TestComplete, improved automation coverage from under 10% to 90%, and setup Jenkins for the automation team.

Reshail Alvi completed their O'levels at Beaconhouse school system from 2009 to 2011. Reshail then went on to pursue their Intermediate at Institute of Business Management from 2011 to 2013. Finally, they graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences in 2017.
