Claire Newstead

Claire Newstead currently serves as the Business Operations Manager at Lean Tree, a position held since November 2023. Claire has extensive experience in the technology and finance sectors, notably as the Head of Product Delivery at Naked Wines from August 2013 to July 2023, where leadership was provided to a team of Scrum Masters and Product Owners. Previous roles include Marketing Delivery Manager and Change Manager at Virgin Money, and various positions at RBS, The One Account, and Halifax, showcasing a strong background in project management, business analysis, and operational improvement. Since September 2007, Claire has also been recognized as the Chief of Staff and full-time Manager of the Newstead Family.
