Julias Shaw has had a diverse range of work experiences over the years. In 2010, they founded Kingmaker Marketing and Generinc.com. Julias then moved on to work as a Senior Software Engineer at mobi. During their time there, they designed and developed key systems, including an automated deployment system and a high-performance vehicle data capture system. In 2013, Julias founded Glasstop Games, a research lab focused on marketing and software development experiments. After that, they served as the VP of Engineering at Intent Media, where they led the Voyat team and gained expertise in lean and agile processes, Elixir, functional programming, distributed systems, and DevOps.

In 2018, Julias held multiple roles at LeanDog, including Chief Marketing Officer/Chief Technology Officer and Agile/Lean Engineering Consultant and Marketing Advisor. Julias then worked briefly as a Visiting Scientist at PraxisFlow before joining Crosschq in 2021 as the Director of Engineering. At Crosschq, Julias led a highly productive engineering team, utilizing the PETAL stack to build an application that provided recruiters with the necessary tools and data for efficient hiring. Julias also integrated with several Applicant Tracking Systems and implemented agile and DevOps practices.

Julias Shaw also has experience as the Director of Mental Arts Hypnosis, where they specialized in deep and permanent change through referral-based hypnosis practices.

Julias Shaw attended the Oregon Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1992, where they studied Software Engineering Technology. They obtained a degree in None during this time. In terms of additional certifications, Julias earned the following: a certification in 6MX (Six Minute X-Ray) Behavior Profiling from Applied Behavior Research in April 2020, a certification in AvikPro 1 - Tactical Behavior Science from Applied Behavior Research in April 2020, a certification in CuePrime 4 - Cue Prime Mastery from Applied Behavior Research in April 2020, a certification as a Certified Customer Value Optimization Specialist from DigitalMarketer in March 2020, and a certification as a Master Behavior Practitioner from Applied Behavior Research in September 2019.
