Fredrika Slikkers has a strong background in customer success management. Fredrika most recently served as the Director of Customer Success Management at LeanIX starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they held various customer success roles at NS1, an IBM Company, from 2017 to 2023, including Senior Director, Global Customer Success, Director of Customer Success, North America, and Senior Manager, Customer Success. Before their time at NS1, Fredrika worked at Axial, where they held positions such as Head of Scaled Customer Success, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager. Fredrika began their career as a Corps Member at Teach For America from 2013 to 2015.
Fredrika Slikkers earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan from 2009 to 2013. Fredrika then pursued a Master's Degree in Special Education: Generalist 7-12 from Fordham University from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including LeanIX Certified Value Stream Management (VSM) Practitioner (Level 1) from LeanIX in June 2023, Data Analysis Circuit from General Assembly in 2017, LeanIX Certified Continuous Transformation Platform Practitioner (Level-1) from LeanIX in January 2023, and Investment Banking Fundamentals Professional Development Gold Standard Course from New York University.
