Lance Speck

Lance Speck has been in the tech industry for over 25 years. Lance began their career as an Inside Sales Representative for Lotus Development Corporation in 1994. Lance then moved to Pervasive Software in 1997 as a Senior Account Executive. In 2001, they were promoted to Vice President and General Manager of the Integration Products Division for Pervasive Software. Lance also held the role of Senior Director of Sales, Marketing and Services for Pervasive Integration and Database Divisions. In the same year, they also held the role of Senior Account Executive for United Devices. In 2013, they joined Actian Corporation as SVP Sales - Analytics Platform and Vice President and General Manager - Integration. In 2015, they started their own business, Bohemian Barbecue, as Owner/Pitmaster. Lance also started BBQ4Good in the same year as an Organizer. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Leankor as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Lance Speck obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Government/Economics from The University of Texas at Austin between 1991 and 1996.
