Sean Talamas

Sean Talamas, PhD, currently serves as Managing Partner and Executive Leadership Coach at Proof Leadership Group, where responsibilities include providing coaching, assessments, and support to mission-driven leaders. In addition, Sean holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at Leanlab Education and serves as Associate Editor for the Journal of Character and Leadership Development at the Air Force Academy Foundation. Previous roles include Executive Director at Character Lab, where contributions included founding the Character Lab Research Network and promoting youth involvement in research initiatives, and various research leadership positions at the Positive Psychology Center at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of St Andrews. Sean's military experience includes serving in the United States Air Force as a Special Operations member. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Psychology from the University of St Andrews, multiple master's degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Secondary Education, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology.
