Ilia Dokhani is a Senior CAE Engineer at AFRY since April 2015, focusing on product development in the automotive sector, particularly in FE model development and analysis for NVH models and durability assessments of chassis and body components. Prior to this, Ilia worked as a CAE Engineer at LeanNova Engineering AB from September 2014, contributing to similar automotive product development tasks. The initial experience included a Master's thesis on NVH analysis using Statistical Energy Analysis in 2014, and previous roles in project planning and control at SAZEHPAD TEHRAN and DORRIZ, where Ilia managed significant gas and refinery projects while also establishing ISO standards for quality assurance. Ilia holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Blekinge Institute of Technology and is pursuing further Master's degrees in Decision Support and Risk Analysis at Stockholm University.
