Erin Pittman

Erin Pittman serves as the Vice President of Advisory at Leap Advisory Partners, where there is a focus on guiding staffing and recruiting businesses through technology transformation. Erin has held prominent positions in the industry including Senior Director and Partner Consultant at Staffing Engine, as well as Product Advisor at Bullhorn and Senior Product Manager at Talent Rover. Erin's experience includes a variety of roles in product management and project management, emphasizing collaboration with sales teams and client consultations to drive technical solutions in the recruiting sector. Prior to these roles, Erin contributed to Optomi as a Consultant Care Manager, developed administrative systems at Egret Consulting, and facilitated youth development through roles at The Harbour, Inc. and TEKsystems. Erin holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Eastern Illinois University.
