Joel Warneke

Joel Warneke is an accomplished creative professional with over two decades of experience in design and creative direction. Currently serving as Principal and Creative Director at LEAP Matter since March 2020, Joel leads a cross-functional team to provide innovative creative solutions across various industries. Previously, Joel co-founded Rocket Science and Design, where from January 2005 to March 2020, responsibilities included shaping the creative vision and fostering collaboration within a diverse creative team. Joel's earlier experience includes a partnership at Visual Marketing Associates from September 1999 to December 2004, where significant achievements involved creating an outsourced model for a major client. Joel holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Eastern Illinois University.
