Currently serving as an Executive Leadership Coach at LEAP, Nancy specializes in customized coaching for Asian Pacific emerging leaders, focusing on career navigation, emotional intelligence, and healthy boundaries. With previous experience as a leadership trainer at the Leadership Science Institute and as a National Trainer at Amway, Nancy has extensive expertise in facilitating communication and development strategies across various industries. Nancy holds an MBA in Marketing Management from The Wharton School and a BA in East Asian Studies from Wesleyan University.
