Patrick Regan

Patrick Regan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both private and public sectors, currently serving as the Commercial Policy and Process Lead at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since May 2021. Previously, Patrick held roles such as Commercial Specialist for various government departments, including the Cabinet Office, and the Department for International Trade, focusing on commercial strategy, contract management, and procurement processes. With a strong background in consulting through Cameron Consulting Associates Ltd and as a member of Leap Organisation's associate network, Patrick has supported numerous public bodies with commissioning, procurement lifecycles, and commercial best practices. Educated at the University of Nottingham, Patrick holds an MSc in Operations Management and a BEng in Operations Management & Manufacturing.
