Barun Patra

Barun Patra is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as Product Lead at Leap Wallet since November 2021, Barun is integral to the development of a Super Wallet for the Cosmos ecosystem. Previously, as Head of Product at Pariksha.Co from January 2018 to February 2022, Barun successfully scaled the Pariksha App from inception to over one million users and launched multiple products beyond the consumer app. Earlier roles include a consultant at WorldQuant from January 2016 to May 2017 and an internship at the Royal Bank of Scotland in mid-2014, focused on estimating bankruptcy indicators for SMEs. Barun holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Scientific Computing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and completed education at Dav Public School Chandrasekharpur.
