Rachel Kline Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, nonprofit development, and fundraising. Currently serving as the Director of Development and Communications at Leadership, Education and Athletics in Partnership since January 2016, Rachel oversees fundraising and communications efforts to expand services for youth in New Haven. As Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Lesotho Education Fund, Rachel has provided scholarships to over 70 students in Lesotho. Previous roles include College Inquiry Coach at College Access: Research and Action, Consultant for the NYC Department of Education and the World Bank, High School English Teacher with the Peace Corps, and Spanish Teacher at The Institute for Collaborative Education. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Spanish from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Education from Harvard University, and has educational experience in Seville.
