Karl Kleinert

Karl Kleinert has extensive work experience spanning various roles and companies. Karl currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Leapfrog Services, a role they assumed in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor at P2P Global starting in January 2020. Karl also served as an Advisory Council Member at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) from December 2017 onwards.

Before joining Leapfrog Services, they worked at CohnReznick LLP in the Advisory Services role, starting in January 2021 and concluding in February 2023. Earlier in their career, Karl held leadership positions at IntelliNet Corporation, including Chief Executive Officer from October 2018 to January 2021 and Vice President of Sales from June 2016 to October 2018.

Karl also worked at Lenovo as the Director of Sales, OEM North America from October 2014 to June 2016, and at IBM Japan Ltd in various roles such as Worldwide Brand Executive, Systems and Technology Group from January 2013 to September 2014, Sales Execution Executive from July 2011 to December 2012, Business Unit Executive, Distribution from January 2008 to June 2011, National Sales Manager, Solution Providers from January 2006 to January 2008, and Channel Client Manager from January 2002 to December 2005.

Throughout their career, Karl has demonstrated their ability to drive strategic initiatives, improve sales performance, and deliver value to clients.

Karl Kleinert holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Studies from Miami University. Karl also pursued Master of Business Administration (MBA) coursework at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. In addition to their formal education, Karl has obtained certifications in Cloud Advisory Council from The ExecRanks and the Role of the Board (Non Profit) from Business Volunteers Unlimited.
