Jose Molina

Jose Molina has over 20 years of work experience in various consulting and leadership roles. Jose is currently working as a Digital Transformation Consultant at Leapgen, starting in April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Alight Solutions as a Senior Consultant, Change Advisory from April 2019 to April 2021, and at Appirio as a Senior Consultant, Strategy and Change from April 2015 to April 2019. Before their consulting roles, Jose held the position of Director, Leadership Development at Level 3 Communications from 2010 to 2014. Jose also worked as a Service Delivery Manager at The Active Network from 2006 to 2010, and as a Sr. Project and Operational Lead DBA at Websense, Inc. from 2002 to 2006. Jose's early career includes a role as a Solution Consultant at Delano Technology Corporation from 2000 to 2002.

Jose Molina has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder. Additionally, they have studied Engineering at Cornell University. Jose also holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Information Technology from the Information Technology Institute.
