Lakimja Mattocks

Lakimja Mattocks, MPA, currently serves as a Board Member for DRIVE CHANGE, INC., the Support Center For Nonprofit Management, and the Association of Nonprofit Specialists, in addition to being a Senior Fellow at the Institute for Nonprofit Practice. As Chief People & Culture Officer and Chief Talent and Equity Officer at LEAP, responsibilities encompass leadership in talent development and equity initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Equity & Learning Officer and Chief Programs Officer for a nonprofit organization, and Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships and Learning at the Support Center For Nonprofit Management, focusing on fund development and professional learning. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Program Director at Roads to Success and GWS Success Coach at Good Shepherd Services. Lakimja holds advanced degrees in Public Administration, Mental Health Counseling, and Counseling, complemented by an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership & Management and participation in the Emerging Leaders Program through Duke Corporate Education.
