Amelia Kroner

Amelia Kroner is a Learning and Enablement Expert at Leapsome since July 2020, focusing on process enablement and learning and development initiatives. Significant projects include enhancing cross-team collaboration through project management automation and streamlining processes using tools such as Zapier and Hubspot. Previously, Amelia served as an Account Executive at Leapsome, where responsibilities included guiding North American clients through the onboarding experience. Prior experience includes serving as Editor in Chief and Operations Manager at The Minerva Quest, overseeing operations across multiple countries and managing a team of over 15 reporters and editors. Amelia also interned as a Student Experience Community Manager at Minerva Schools at KGI, managing community development for incoming students. Early in Amelia's career, experience as a Secretarial Assistant at Casner & Edwards, LLP involved administrative tasks. Amelia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Designing Societies from Minerva University.
