Renko Pauwels has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Junior Account Manager at ICC ghent for a few months. In 2010, they joined Synergie Belgium as a Consultant until 2012. Renko then joined Media Consulta Advertising as a Junior Account Manager, handling international projects for the European Commission. After that, from 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager Benelux at linkbird, focusing on market research, client acquisition, partner relations, and online marketing.
