Naz H. has extensive work experience in the field of people operations and human resources. They have held various managerial roles in different companies, including LeapXpert, goTenna, and charity: water. In these positions, they were responsible for managing the people operations department and overseeing various HR functions. Prior to these roles, Naz worked as a Human Resources/ Account Payable Associate at The Nightingale-Bamford School. They also pursued an Executive Master of Science in Labor Relations at Baruch College. Additionally, they gained experience in talent management as a Talent Management Associate at Havas and as an HRIS Coordinator at McCann. Naz began their career as an intern at DonorsChoose.org and later worked as an HR Generalist and HR Coordinator at Medgar Evers College of The City University of New York.

Naz H. completed their Executive Masters of Science degree in Labor and Industrial Relations & HR Management at Baruch College from 2014 to 2017.
