Doug Daugherty

Doug Daugherty is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in facilities and real estate management. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Facilities & Real Estate at Lear Corporation since September 2007, Doug oversees real estate and facilities acquisitions, construction, practices, and dispositions for over 300 properties across 39 countries. Previously, Doug held the position of Alliance Director at CB Richard Ellis from September 2000 to September 2007, where responsibilities included leading accounts for Lear Corporation and AAA Michigan. Doug's early career includes serving as Vice President of Administration & Operations at Facility Consulting & Management from May 1992 to September 2000, focusing on the planning, construction, and operations of various public and privately owned venues in the United States. Doug holds a Master of Science in Facilities Planning and Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Facilities Design & Management, both from the University of Michigan.
