Guilherme Castro is currently the Vice President for Global Seating Industry 4.0 at Lear Corporation. Guilherme has held various leadership roles within the company, including overseeing operations in Asia and South America. With a background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in manufacturing and production management, Guilherme has successfully implemented process improvements and launched new programs in various countries. Prior to joining Lear Corporation, Guilherme held managerial positions in other companies within the textile and steel production industries. Guilherme holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Management.
