Hartmut Sprave

Hartmut Sprave is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Customer Group Lead for Mercedes and the VW Group at Lear Corporation since April 2023, Hartmut has also held the position of Director of Global Software Connectivity. Prior to this, Hartmut was the CTO at MOBOTIX AG from June 2018 to April 2023 and served as Head of Software Engineering at Loewe Technologies GmbH from January 2009 to May 2018. Hartmut's earlier career includes a tenure as CTO at MacroSystem Digital Video AG from January 1990 to January 2009 and a role as Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Technische Universität Darmstadt in 1994. Hartmut Sprave holds a Diplom Physiker degree in Physics from Technische Universität Darmstadt, earned between 1986 and 1993.
