Jacqueline Garland

Jacqueline Garland currently serves as the Plant Quality Manager at Lear Corporation, managing all Quality Management aspects at the Bremen Plant, which supplies seating to Mercedes Benz, and overseeing Supplier, Internal, and Customer Quality Departments. Prior to this role, Jacqueline was the Head of Quality at Eissmann Group Automotive from October 2022 to June 2024. Jacqueline has extensive experience in quality management from roles such as Site Quality Manager at DuPont Mobility & Materials and Quality Manager and Lab Ops Leader for Dow Automotive at The Dow Chemical Company. With a robust background in both engineering and quality control, Jacqueline has successfully led teams in various manufacturing environments, ensuring high-quality standards and integration processes. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Leipzig University and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry with German from the University of St Andrews.
