Jennifer G. holds extensive experience in ethics, compliance, and legal roles within the automotive and semiconductor industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Director of Ethics & Compliance at Lear Corporation since January 2021, Jennifer leads the operations of the ethics and compliance department for a global Tier 1 automotive supplier. Jennifer's prior roles include Director & Lead Counsel for Compliance & Ethics at Yazaki North America and Senior Director at ON Semiconductor. Jennifer founded the Gender Economics Lab, focusing on diversity and inclusion consulting, and has held various leadership positions at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities spanned sustainability, safety engineering, and strategic management. Jennifer earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
