Ultan Kelly

Ultan Kelly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in automotive product management and business transformation. Currently serving as Global Vice President of Business Transformation & Product Management at Lear Corporation since September 2020, Ultan previously held leadership roles at Aptiv as Director of Product Management & Marketing for the EMEA Management Team, where responsibilities included driving the profitability of a $1 billion product line. Prior to that, at Delphi, Ultan was instrumental in doubling turnover through effective post-merger integration. With significant expertise in sales and marketing developed during tenure at FCI Electronics and Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, Ultan has a proven track record of enhancing business performance and establishing global sales strategies. Ultan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Manufacturing & Operations Engineering from the University of Limerick and a Postgraduate Certificate in Fundamentals of Senior Management from The Open University.
