Kristine Schroeder

Kristine Schroeder is the Chief People and Culture Officer at LEARFIELD where she has enterprise-wide responsibility for the human capital needs and culture of the company and its more than 2,000 employees. She also oversees the Diversity, Inclusion & Equality initiatives and gives leadership to all recruiting, career development, performance management, employee retention, reward and recognition, leadership development, and organizational development.

Before joining LEARFIELD, Kristine served as Vice President of Human Resources for IMG College, and previously held HR leadership positions for companies including NCR and Avado Brands. She holds numerous Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certifications and is passionate about developing people and growing their careers.

No stranger to the world of sports, Kristine grew up watching New York Islanders games with her grandmother and later went on to play softball and basketball in high school and college.
