Rose Olea

Rose O. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management, technology leadership, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Development Manager at the Muslim Civic Coalition, Rose has also held significant roles such as President of the National Association of Asian American Professionals - Chicago, where leadership in shaping strategic vision and goals is paramount. As a former Executive Director for Advancing Social Emotional Learning and Grant Writer for The Smith Center for the Performing Arts, Rose has demonstrated expertise in program development and funding strategies. Additionally, Rose founded the Asian American Community Exchange, L3C, providing consulting services to enhance business interactions within Asian ethnic communities. With a strong technology background underscored by positions at the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society and Accenture, Rose combines skills in IT with social impact initiatives, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Illinois Chicago.
