Tommy Hatton has two years of work experience, starting in 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Talent Management Intern at Personify, where they helped to bridge the gap between traditional executive search firms and typical Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) providers. In 2018, they became Co-Founder of Learn to Win, a software platform that unlocks Last Mile Learning for organizations. Last Mile Learning is the critical operational knowledge unique to every team.
Tommy Hatton attended Saint Joseph Regional High School, where they completed their general studies. Tommy then went on to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.
