Lucy Gretton

Lucy Gretton is an experienced professional in the education and training sector, currently serving as Performance and Projects Manager at learndirect Limited since April 2012. In this role, Lucy supports the Apprenticeship Division by driving performance improvement and overseeing key projects aligned with divisional KPIs and the Group Strategic Plan. Prior to this, Lucy held positions as Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager, managing delivery and performance of the Foundation Learning contract. Previously, Lucy worked as OLASS Coordinator at JHP Group Limited, overseeing services in prisons, and as EQUAL Project Manager at Intraining, managing subcontractors for a program aimed at enhancing employability for ex-offenders. Earlier experience includes serving as a Prison Outreach Advisor at Fern Training/Carter and Carter, where Lucy assisted ex-offenders in securing training and employment. Lucy holds a BA in Criminology from Nottingham Trent University.
