Roxana Radulescu

Roxana Radulescu has a diverse range of work experience in the field of leadership development, team communication, and performance enhancement. Roxana founded and serves as the Chief Game-Changer at All Personal, a Canadian training, coaching, and consulting company that focuses on helping mid-senior professionals and their teams thrive in their leadership journeys. Roxana also contributes as an author and webinar creator for Bookboon, creating content on leadership, team communication, and crisis management. At Learnexus, they work as a Senior Facilitator, conducting workshops and training sessions to foster interactive and collaborative learning environments. Roxana is a Certified Coach and Online Course Designer at CHART Learning Solutions, where they help design and deliver online courses. Roxana is also a Certified GCologist® and Business Partner at The GC Index, an organimetric that empowers organizations to achieve innovation and drive performance through game-changing teams and cultures. Roxana additionally serves as a Course Designer and Facilitator at Collège Boréal, focusing on workplace culture, communication, and career success. Roxana is a Facilitator and Host of 'The Evolving Workplace Event Series' for OSLT Students at George Brown College. Roxana co-hosts the Game Changing Work live show, where they share tips and tricks for creating people-centric workplace performance cultures. Roxana Radulescu's education history demonstrates a strong focus on organizational leadership, team coaching, and learning and development practices. In 1997-2001, they studied Foreign Languages and Literatures, specifically Polish and English, at the University of Bucharest. Following this, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Masters degree in Knowledge, Information, and Project Management at the same university.

In 2009, Roxana attended the Bucharest Training and Research Institute, where they obtained a Trainer of Trainers certification, specializing in the design, development, and management of courses.

Continuing their education, Roxana obtained several qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). In 2014-2015, they completed a Certificate in Learning & Development Practice, followed by a Certificate in Human Resources Practice in 2015. In 2016-2017, they obtained a Diploma in Learning & Development Practice.

Expanding their coaching expertise, Roxana attended the Certified Coaches Federation in 2017-2018 and became a Certified Master Coach Practitioner.

More recently, they enrolled in the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI). In 2021-2022, Roxana obtained a Team Coaching Foundations Certified Coach certification, and in 2022, they became a Certified Practitioner in Team Coaching.

Additionally, Roxana has obtained various certifications outside their formal education. These include being an EMCC Accredited Coach at the Practitioner level (EIA) and an EMCC Accredited Team Coach at the Practitioner level (ITCA), both from EMCC Global in 2023. Roxana also holds the Accredited GCologist® designation from The GC Index, achieved in 2020.
