Lars Peterstrand has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. 👉🏼 Lars Peterstrand 🤗 started their career as a Project Manager at Academedia, where they focused on developing and managing large education projects. 👉🏼 Lars Peterstrand 🤗 then moved on to a sales leadership role at @veta, where they built and managed a sales team for an interactive learning company. Lars then joined Academedia again, this time as an Business and Project Developer, where they independently developed and sold educational solutions.

Lars later worked as a CEO at Peterstrand & Nemeth AB, where they started and operated a bedding store as a franchisee. 👉🏼 Lars Peterstrand 🤗 received awards for their strong sales performance during this time.

Following this, Lars held positions such as District Manager at Betongindustri, where they had operational and budget responsibilities for the company's operations in Gotland, and as an Business Area Manager at Teknologisk Institut AB Sverige, where they were responsible for vocational education and adult training.

👉🏼 Lars Peterstrand 🤗 then transitioned to the role of School Manager/CEO at Alma Folkhögskola/AFU AB, where they had full operational and budget responsibilities for a school and its subsidiary. Lars focused on restructuring and modernizing the organization, business development, and implementing a common working method across the entire organization.

Before joining Learnifier as a Senior Business Developer, Lars served as a Chief of Business and Organizational Development at Iris Sverige, where they had overall responsibility for sales and budget, as well as developing new processes and sales strategies.

At Learnifier, Lars is responsible for product development and works closely with clients in both public and private sectors who are interested in competence development or onboarding employees, partners, and the public. 👉🏼 Lars Peterstrand 🤗 also leads a project called "En lärande kommun" (A Learning Municipality) since January 2021.

Lars Peterstrand has a diverse education history. 👉🏼 Lars Peterstrand 🤗 started their academic journey by obtaining a Kandidatexamen in Economics and Business Administration from Stockholm University between 1988 and 1992. In 1982, they also received their High School Diploma from Arroyo High School. Additionally, in 1986, they completed their Gymnasieexamen with a focus on the Naturvetenskaplig linje from Norra Real.

Lars Peterstrand later pursued further education in specialized fields. In 1995 and 1996, they attended MacMeckarna to study Ny informationsteknik. Then, in 2001, they completed a course on Målstyrd säljledning at Mercuri International.

In recent years, Lars Peterstrand has explored the field of comedy. In 2019, they completed a Nybörjarkurs i Stand Up and a Fortsättningkurs i Stand Up at Improvisationsstudion. In 2020, they obtained a Kandidatexamen in Skratt, specializing in Stand Up, from Norra Brunn through their Masterclass program.

Furthermore, Lars Peterstrand also acquired additional knowledge in the field of construction. In 2008 and 2009, they completed specialized courses in Betongkurs Klass II - Fabriksbetongtillverkning and Betongkurs Klass I - Fabriksbetongtillverkning at CBI Cement och Betonginstitutet.
