Jen Lum has a diverse work experience in the fields of graphic design, project coordination, and team management. Starting their career as a Graphic Designer at the Tucson Citizen in 2006, they later joined Raim & Associates as a Graphic Designer, where they designed marketing and branding materials for various companies. In 2011, they began working at Learning A-Z as an Art Buyer, eventually becoming a Senior Art Buyer and then Manager of the Art Buying Team. In these roles, they managed a team, allocated resources, and developed solutions for illustration projects. Jen also worked at Conviction: The Card Game as a Creative and Editorial Consultant, where they managed graphic design and printing, wrote copy, created marketing materials, and participated in promotional events. Most recently, they held the positions of Content Development Project Coordinator and Content Operations Specialist at Learning A-Z, where they coordinated and oversaw projects, developed best practices, and ensured the efficient operation of the content development team. Currently, they serve as the Adobe Workfront Group Administrator at Learning A-Z, assisting with the implementation of Adobe Workfront and supporting the system administrator in various tasks.
Jen Lum obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Journalism from the University of Arizona.
