Crystal Godina

Crystal Godina is a seasoned professional in housing stability and community development, currently serving as a Research Manager at Learning Collider since September 2023. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Fellow for Housing Stability at the City of Chicago from September 2021 to March 2023 and multiple positions at the University of Chicago's Inclusive Economy Lab from October 2017 to July 2021, encompassing Project Manager, Portfolio Manager, and Project Associate. Earlier roles include community planning and design work with the Regional Plan Association, community development initiatives at Isles, Inc., and program associate duties for housing and community development at the University of Miami, along with extensive research assistance at the University of Chicago's Center for Early Childhood Research. Crystal Godina holds a Master’s degree from Princeton University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago.
