Hal Cook

Hal Cook is the Owner of Learning Express in Dallas and has served as a Regional Developer and Store Owner for Learning Express Toys since 1995. Hal Cook holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma, where studies were completed from 1971 to 1976.
