Krysha Fernandes

Krysha Fernandes is a seasoned human resources professional with significant experience in talent management, recruitment, and performance management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and previously as a Human Resources Coordinator at Learning Jungle since December 2020, Krysha has developed and implemented strategies for high-potential talent within the organization. Prior to this, Krysha worked as a Mobility Sales Specialist at Nordia Inc. and contributed to human resources at Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance from 2016 to 2020, leading recruitment efforts across multiple campuses and managing performance appraisals for over 9,000 employees. Krysha's earlier experience includes an internship at Wadhwani Foundation, where responsibilities included coordinating efforts for the Annual Entrepreneurship Summit. Krysha holds a Master of Commerce in Management from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from JAI HIND COLLEGE, along with a strong educational background in commerce from early schooling through high school.
