Pooja Kathote has been with Learning Spiral Pvt. Ltd. since its inception in January 1999, currently serving as Head Management. Under Pooja's leadership, the company has focused on delivering services and solutions for the effective management of applicants and assessment/examination processes, reinforcing its position as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Mohta Group of Companies. Prior to the current role, Pooja also held the title of Human Resources Manager within the organization.
