Rachael Burt

Rachael Burt is a Governor at Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy. She is also the Chief Executive Officer at Learning to Work, where she holds the title of Operations Manager. Additionally, she has served as a Director at Slough Aspire CIC, a social enterprise focused on developing employability skills in the local community. Prior to her current roles, she held positions at East Berkshire Education Business Partnership, focusing on employer engagement and work-based learning. Rachael also has experience as a Volunteer Project Manager at Raleigh International, leading projects for young volunteers in Costa Rica and Nicaragua. She holds a BA (Hons) in French from the University of Sussex.
