Marc Worrell

Marc Worrell has had a varied career in software engineering and development, beginning in 1990 with a role as System Analyst/Developer at KWB Barcodes BV. Marc was then a Developer at the Free University of Amsterdam's Faculty of Movement Sciences in 1993, followed by a role as Concept Leader/System Analyst at the University of Utrecht's Department of Natural Sciences and Society in 1994. In 1995, they began a role as Senior Software Engineer at Tasking BV, followed by a role as Senior Software Engineer at BSL Computer Consultancy B.V. in 1999. In 2001, they became Senior Software Architect at Mediamatic IP, and in 2004, they took on the role of Owner/CTO at Mediamatic Lab, where they were responsible for the creation of a content management system for multiple customers. In 2008, they became Owner of WhatWebWhat, and in 2010, they became CTO of Maximonster Interactive Things. Since 2013, they have been CTO of LearningStone.

Marc Worrell attended van Everdingenschool from 1970 to 1978, Werkplaats Kindergemeenschap from 1978 to 1984, and Utrecht University from 1984 to 1990, where they studied Informatics.
