Sofia Houthuysen

Sofia Houthuysen is an accomplished professional with a strong background in learning and development and people operations. Currently serving as L&D Program Manager for the Italy & Spain Team at Learnlight since May 2023, Sofia's previous roles include People Operations Assistant at Payaut, where responsibilities focused on employee engagement initiatives and lifecycle processes, and People Engagement Trainee at SBM Offshore, involved in organizing diversity campaigns and preparing global reports. Sofia holds a Master's degree in International and Intercultural Communication from Utrecht University and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from University College Utrecht, complemented by a High School Diploma with an IB Diploma from EARJ - Escola Americana do Rio de Janeiro.
