Tayling Galindo

Tayling Galindo is an experienced English language teacher currently employed at Learnlight since September 2023. Previously, Tayling served as an associate recruiter at Condor Agency from March 2022 to August 2023, focusing on job description creation and sourcing IT profiles via platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub. Tayling also held positions as an assistant preschool teacher and school librarian at Colegio Internacional de Caracas from January 2020 to June 2021, and worked as a freelance English foreign language teacher in late 2019. Before that, Tayling gained experience as a technical recruiter with Fetcher, where responsibilities included conducting comprehensive analyses and ensuring candidate profiles met position requirements. Tayling's teaching career started at FUNDEIM from April 2013 to April 2017, handling students from beginner to advanced levels.
