Markus A. Stokkenes

Markus A. Stokkenes is a Project Engineer at Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace, focusing on software development for advanced defence systems since August 2024. Previous experience includes a Summer Internship at KSAT – Kongsberg Satellite Services, contributing to the DevOps team and serving as DJ for the corporate summer party in June 2023. Markus also worked as a Student Teaching Assistant for programming courses at Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU) in 2022 and held the role of Cyclotron Operator at St. Olavs hospital, responsible for operating machinery used in cancer screening. Additional roles include filmmaking and photography for Spark* NTNU and sales promotion for Face2face Design & Communication in 2017 and 2019. Markus is pursuing an MSc in Applied Physics and Mathematics at NTNU, with previous educational experiences at The University of Queensland and The University Centre in Svalbard.
